Refund Policy

We stand behind every product in the NA Digital Health portfolio. This Refund Policy explains your right to a refund, the eligibility window, the procedure, and statutory consumer protections under Brazilian law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor — Lei nº 8.078/1990, Art. 49).

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For every digital product sold on NA Digital Health, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, for any reason and without justification. This guarantee applies in addition to any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

2. Eligibility

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.
  • The request must come from the email address used to make the purchase, or include the transaction ID.
  • The 7-day right applies once per customer per product.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to nickolas.andrade@hotmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Full name used at checkout
  • Email used at checkout
  • Product name
  • Transaction ID or receipt number
  • (Optional) A short reason — your feedback helps us improve

4. Processing Time

Eligible refund requests are reviewed and approved within two (2) business days. The full purchase amount is refunded to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. After Approval

  • Access to the refunded product is revoked.
  • No partial refunds are granted; the full original amount is returned.
  • Any applicable taxes or fees are refunded together with the principal.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of demonstrable abuse of the policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product), fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Service, or requests submitted after the 7-day window.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved within hours. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may delay the resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with documentary evidence.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Where a product is sold on a recurring subscription basis, you may cancel future renewals at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges; the 7-day refund window still applies to the most recent payment.
